Prime 29 Steakhouse is just one of many restaurants featured at the festival.

The festival is $3 before 3 p.m. and $5 after 3 p.m. On Friday you can get in free before 5 p.m. No outside food or drinks allowed. Food and beverage tickets are available at a cost of 16 tickets for $10.

 
Chilean Sea Bass


Ingredients:
8 oz Piece of Chilean Sea Bass
1 oz miso glaze
2 oz fennel puree
5 dots of roasted red pepper coulis
5-6 pieces of multicolor cauliflower

Miso Glaze
Ingredients:
1/4 tablespoon miso paste
1/4 tablespoon mirin
2 tablespoons ground ginger
2 tablespoons chopped garlic
1 cup sweet chile sauce
2 cups of light soy mix


Method:

Mix all ingredients together and add sea bass to the marinade.

Fennel Puree

Ground fennel, mashed potato, heavy cream

Roasted Cauliflower

Sliced cauliflower 1/4 inch thick, blanched and crispy pan seared
