CHICAGO (FOX 32 News) -

A Chicago woman had the honor of sharing her 100th birthday with Wrigley Field.

Chicago native Loretta Dolan celebrated her 100th birthday by throwing out the first pitch at the Chicago Cubs game Tuesday night.

Dolan and 80 of her closest friends and family attended the game against the Giants. Dolan told the Chicago Cubs that throwing out the first pitch was the best way she could celebrate her birthday.

"I enjoy being here so much," she said.

And Dolan must have brought the boys some of that birthday luck! The Cubs beat the San Francisco Giants 2-0 on Tuesday night after 4 1/2 innings because of unplayable field conditions following rain at Wrigley Field.
