CHICAGO (Sun-Times Media Wire) -

Police are searching for an 87-year-old woman who has been missing since Sunday from the South Chicago neighborhood.

Beatrice Prather was believed to be last seen at a McDonalds at 2425 E. 79th St. with a female named Judy Jefferson, police said in an alert. She may have a black four-door 2007 Honda Accord II with a handicap plate #286286. Police say Prather, who goes by the nickname “BB,” suffers from dementia.

Prather is described as a 5-foot-5, 130-pound black woman with brown eyes, gray hair and a medium complexion, police said. She was last seen wearing a gray jacket, blue jeans and black shoes.
