EAST ST. LOUIS, Ill. (AP) - A southwestern Illinois woman faces October sentencing now that she has admitted in federal court her role in a Belleville liquor store robbery a year ago.
Twenty-two-year-old Charmonequette Reynolds pleaded guilty to felony counts of conspiracy, interference with commerce by robbery, and use of a firearm during a violent crime.
Authorities say Reynolds drove the getaway car for two men involved in the gunpoint robbery of $15,000 from Arena Liquor in Belleville on July 12 of last year.
No one was injured.
The legal status of the two other suspects was not immediately clear Monday.
Reynolds' sentencing is scheduled for Oct. 17.
