A large crowd gathered over the weekend for a small child's front-yard piano concert.
Dylan Spoering, 8, loves playing the piano. Wanting to give his neighbors a free concert, he posted a home-made sign in his yard to advertise the show.
Neighbor Thomas Rehbein saw the sign and posted the event on Facebook.
That's when it took off.
Hundreds showed up to the local show in Dylan's front yard Saturday afternoon, holding signs and cheering him on.
Even the rain couldn't keep the eager crowd away.
Unfazed by the large crowd, Dylan played several familiar – and some unfamiliar – songs on the piano, announcing the title of each song before he played them.
When the concert was over, he invited the crowd to the park for an ice cream social
The concert was also streamed live on the web, and about 10,000 people tuned in to watch.
You can hear from Dylan, his neighbors, family and friends in the video clip above.
