Detroit computer store raided

DETROIT (WJBK) -  Homeland Security and several other federal agencies raided a computer store - but they weren't looking for hard drives.

Several boxes and bags were taken from S & B Computers and the raid went without incident Thursday.

Fox 2's Ryan Ermanni spoke with an employee of a nearby business who witnessed the raid. Ermanni was told the federal agents were dressed and ready for combat but the men inside went quietly.

The witness also said he wasn't surprised and it didn't take authorities long to catch one.

The men who operated out of the computer store had only been there for about three months.The traffic was always flowing in and out of the store and they weren't quiet about what they were doing, alleging drugs were being sold.

The man at the neighboring business said he just kept to himself and the men in custody never gave him any trouble.

Another woman who spoke with Ermanni says she once saw a man walk up to the computer store and a bag fell out of his hand, and wads of cash spilled out onto the sidewalk.

This is an ongoing federal investigation so no official comment from Homeland Security has been made.
