Chillicothe,OH- A 24-year-old Chillicothe Great Clips salon manager is still recovering after she says she was punched in the face with a closed fist on Saturday.
The reason for the attack?
The client says he was unhappy with his haircut.
The salon manager wishes to remain anonymous.
"Physically, I'm fine, but emotionally I'm overwhelmed and stressed," she said.
The victim says it started when she was called to help correct a haircut given to 49-year-old Jimmy Nguyen by another stylist.
Before she could grab her scissors, fists were flying.
"I don't know what he's going through, but I don't think we did anything to make him that irate,” she said.
Chillicothe police arrested Nguyen after the attack as he was spotted walking through this parking lot near the salon.
The police report says back up was called in when Nguyen put his fist up to a Chillicothe officer's face to show how he'd allegedly carried out fit of rage.
The salon manager is back to work and says she's staying strong.
All after one haircut and client she'll never forget.
"I’ve never been involved in anything or seen anything like this before,” she said.
