    The man accused of helping dispose of the body of murder victim Alicia Fox is now facing two additional charges.
    The man accused of helping dispose of the body of murder victim Alicia Fox is now facing two additional charges.
DETROIT (WJBK) -- The man accused of helping dispose of the body of murder victim Alicia Fox is now facing two additional charges.

Timothy Jones appeared in court Wednesday and now faces charges of tampering with evidence and concealing death.  He was originally charged with being an accessory after the fact.

Jones will be arraigned on the new charges in 36th District Court.

Police say Jones helped Fox's husband Erin Justice hide her body after she was shot to death.

Erin Justice is charged with first degree murder in the death of Alicia Fox.

The victim's two children, Kaylah Hunter and Kristian Justice, are still missing.

    Peanut and almond butters sold at Whole Foods, Trader Joe's and other grocers are being recalled because of possible salmonella contamination. A unit of Hain Celestial Group Inc. says there have been reports of four illnesses that may be related to the nut butters. They were sold under the brand names Arrowhead Mills Peanut Butters, MaraNatha Almond Butters and Peanut Butters, and private label brands for Whole Foods, Trader Joe's, Kroger and Safeway.
