A 34-year-old Lilburn man is facing charges after police said he made terroristic threats.

According to reports, Ryan Berry contacted the victim, a Kennesaw State University student, and threatened to kill him by ripping out his throat and stuffing it down his lungs.

According to a witness, Berry planned to attack his victim in Prillaman Hall on the campus of KSU, and then have a friend “finish the victim off” in the victim’s Roswell home.

Berry is held on $50,000 bond and is being held for Roswell Police Department.
