Man with autism missing from Irving Park home

Police are seeking the public’s help in locating a man with autism who went missing Sunday night from his Irving Park home on the North Side.

Mark Moritz, 44, was last seen about 11:30 p.m. near the Neumann Family Services home at 4206 N. Harding Ave., according to a missing person alert issued by Chicago Police early Monday.

He is described as a 5-foot-4, 180-pound white man with gray hair, green eyes and a light complexion, and he was last seen wearing a royal blue shirt and dark-colored shorts, police said.

Moritz frequents the area of the 5400 block of North Ludlam Avenue, the alert said.
