Selling Medical billing/Revenue Cycle Management and related value added services to Physician and Physician groups in Central America.
Responsible for achieving an annual sales quota from a defined territory.
Coordinate with off-shore lead generation and delivery team to close deals.
Generate leads utilizing a combination of data base management and direct contact with prospects
Work closely with BillingParadise's Partners and leverage their client base to close billing service deals.
Should have thorough knowledge about Healthcare payer and provider industry.
Should be able to probe client scenarios and build rapport with key decision makers among physicians and administrators
Should be an expert in writing solution proposals and presentations
Must be self-directed, highly motivated, and organized, with strong interpersonal and written and oral communication skills.
Position requires research toward and development of client base expansion and administrative tasks involved with the coordination and distribution of information.
Solid computer and database maintenance skills are necessary for detailed and timely record-keeping of leads and sales calls.
The successful candidate will possess the ability to:
Research and develop relevant new client leads;
Begin and maintain positive, professional, and effective working communications, interactions, and relationships with client leads;
Maintain a commitment to timely and thorough follow-through on assignments, duties, responsibilities, and expectations.
Communicate professionally and thoroughly with both internal and external contacts;
Work autonomously as well as collaboratively with a diverse group of people in US and India.
Maintain and respect confidentiality regarding proprietary information and in accordance with all patient confidentiality/HIPAA-related regulations.
This position is a full-time position, with minimal work hours to include Monday - Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., with travel likely during and outside of those hours, including some weekends.

Strongly prefer bachelor's degree in marketing or related field and/or 3-5 years of work experience in Healthcare Industry sales.
Position includes travel responsibilities, including some weekends.
