ATLANTA (WJBK) -- The father of one of two missing Detroit children has been arrested in Atlanta, Ga.

According to Fulton County, Ga. jail records, the FBI arrested Erin Justice in Atlanta late Wednesday in connection with two missing Detroit children and the death of their mother.  This comes after he was questioned Tuesday and released, after coming forward voluntarily.

Justice is charged with being a fugitive from justice.  Police tell FOX 2 that he is awaiting extradition to Detroit, where he will likely face additional charges.  A news conference is expected at 10:30 a.m. Thursday.

Justice is father to missing 8-month-old Kristian Justice.  He was also husband to Alicia Fox, whose body was found shot in an abandoned home on Detroit's west side earlier this week.

Both of Fox's children, 6-year-old Kaylah Hunter and 8-month-old Kristian Justice, are still missing.

Investigators turned their attention Wednesday to a vacant home on Ardmore Street, near where Alicia Fox lived with her family. On Monday night Fox's body was found in an abandoned home on Penrod Street on the city's west side.
