Sauteed Perch from Champs Rotisserie & Seafood

WJBK - Champs Rotisserie Sauteed Perch
 
Ingredients:
5 Perch filets 
flour
olive oil
salt & pepper to taste

Method:
Dust perch with Flour
Heat Olive Oil in a saute pan until oil is hot  (Be careful, don't leave oil on stove unattended) 
Place perch in pan meaty side down
Saute for approximately 2 1/2 to 3 minutes to liking
Flip and cook approximately another 1 minute
Remove from pan and put on clean cutting board
Garnished with Lemon and Home made Tarter Sauce
