is seeking an Executive Sales Coordinator with administrative experience to help develop new business and manage existing accounts. Chicago Tech is a growing company that is expanding its operations. Our new facility which includes open, loft-style offices and thousands of square feet of warehouse space will accommodate our exciting future growth in Northbrook, IL.
Chicago Tech provides technology asset management services. Primarily we sell refurbished and new technology hardware. We work with enterprise and service provider accounts to provide procurement strategies, remarketing solutions, and financial and professional services.
We are looking for motivated Sales Coordinators that can multitask in a fast paced environment while working closely with our sales staff to meet deadlines and close deals. The assistant should be able to effectively communicate to ensure the completion of all projects.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to placing orders, arranging shipping, tracking sales' performance, generating inventory reports, building databases, and performing various administrative tasks. This is a supportive role with the potential of moving into a sales position. We want team players willing to contribute to the success of the business.Requirements :
1+ years sales support or office support functions
Bachelor's degree preferred in business related courseworkSkills:
