Teenage boy missing from New City neighborhood

CHICAGO (Sun-Times Media Wire) - Chicago Police are searching for a 14-year-old boy missing from the South Side New City neighborhood.

Heriberto Estrada has been missing since March 22 from his home in the 700 block of West 50th Place, according to a missing person alert from Area Central detectives.

He is described as a 5-foot-7, 160-pound Hispanic boy with black hair, green eyes and a light complexion. He was last seen wearing a black puffy vest, black jogging suit, black gym shoes and a Chicago Bulls cap.

Police said he frequents the Humboldt Park neighborhood and the area of North California and West Haddon avenues.
