CHICAGO (Sun-Times Media Wire) - Gunfire damaged a South Side business Monday afternoon when people drove by and started shooting at two men in a parking lot.

Police responded at 12:12 p.m. to the call of shots fired in the 1600 block of East 95th Street, police News Affairs Officer Ana Pacheco said.

Two men, ages 21 and 24, were getting out of their vehicle in a parking lot when several males drove by in a black vehicle and someone inside started shooting at them, Pacheco said.

They kept shooting as the men fled into the business, damaging the front door of the establishment, she said.

No one was injured, and Area South detectives are investigating.
