WEATHER: Your Labor Day weekend forecast

Posted: Updated:

Fox 2 Weather Authority Alan Longstreet

Warm & humid for your Labor Day with storms likely this afternoon and the possibility of severe weather mid afternoon through the evening hours. Strong winds would be the greatest threat.

The chance for storms will continue overnight as a cold front moves through allowing for the possibility of some pretty good downpours overnight.

Tuesday looks much drier with just the chance for a leftover shower or storm.

We drop the humidity by Wednesday, but it returns by late week.

Today: Partly sunny. Afternoon/evening storms. SW wind 10-20 mph. High 85.

Tonight: Mostly cloudy. Chance storms remains. SW wind 5-15 mpg. Low 69.

Tuesday: Mostly cloudy. Spotty shower or storm possible. A bit less humid. High 80.
