Kim Baum is wrapping up her first year teaching at Oswego East High School. But her life of pulling cars and lifting more than 400 pounds all began with a trip to the gym.

She dead lifts 405 pounds, squats 405 pounds and lifts a dead lift frame of 700 pounds. These numbers aren't just impressive, they landed her the title of America's Strongest Woman.
