'Tuesday night, a 17-year-old boy was charged as a juvenile for his role in helping to hide the murder weapon. Early Wednesday morning, police charged the alleged shooter's uncle with first-degree murder and aggravated battery/discharge of a firearm.

That man has been identified as 25-year-old Donnell Flora of the 8300 block of South Buffalo Avenue. Officers say he provided the 14-year-old with the gun used to kill Martin. A judge ordered he be held on a $3 million bond.

Officials say the murder stemmed from a dispute over a boy.

One woman told FOX 32's Anita Padilla, " We need to change because you are our future. We're just killing each other off."

Tuesday afternoon, friends and family gathered on the porch of the home where Endia Martin had run for safety on the day she was shot. One girl who came to the vigil with a heavy heart was still wearing the hospital bandage on her left arm from where she was shot. She declined to talk about what happened.
