BETHLEHEM, Pa. (AP) - An eastern Pennsylvania school is on lockdown after police say someone called 911 with a threat.
Bethlehem Area School District Superintendent Joseph Roy said police arrived at Liberty High School around 1 p.m. Wednesday.
Roy said everyone is secure and safe in classrooms. He would not provide specifics on what the 911 caller said.
Police are going room by room through the school to dismiss students.
Traffic was shut down around the school and dozens of parents were waiting for their children outside.
