Caesars Windsor reopens after reaching tentative deal with union

(WJBK) - Caesars Windsor plans to re-open its doors Friday morning after reaching a tentative agreement with Unifor Local 444.

The casino had to temporarily close its doors Thursday night, sending home gamblers, pending contract negotiations.

Starting at 9 a.m. it will be business as usual at Caesars Windsor.

All gaming and non-gaming amenities including hotel, restaurants and the 9 p.m. Arrival-Abba tribute show in the Colosseum will be available to the public.

Caesars Windsor's unionized employees will vote to ratify the agreement on Tuesday, April 8 in three separate sessions at 11 a.m. , 3 p.m. and 7 p.m. to accommodate various shift times.
