A federal employee has filed the sixth lawsuit against the CTA over a Blue Line train derailment last week at O'Hare.
North Side resident Pauline Stout, 29, said in the lawsuit filed Monday that she was injured while riding the train, which derailed and went up an escalator at the O'Hare stop on March 24, to her job with the TSA at O'Hare.
Stout suffered a separated left shoulder and had tenderness in her back because of the accident, said Latherow Law Office spokesman Tom Ciesielka.
Ciesielka added that Stout missed work until Saturday. He said Stout was "shaken" when she heard the train was back in service Sunday.
The two-count suit, filed in Cook County Circuit Court, claims negligence and infliction of emotional distress. Stout seeks an undisclosed amount in damages.
At least four other women, all of whom work at the airport, filed suits against the CTA last week, as did a south suburban man who was aboard the train.
