Naperville police seek suspect in motel robbery

NAPERVILLE, Ill. (Sun-Times Media Wire) -

Police are looking for a man that robbed a Naperville motel at knifepoint Friday afternoon.

The man entered the lobby of the Stardust Motel, 890 E. Ogden Ave., about 4:14 p.m. before displaying a knife, demanding money and running away with an undisclosed amount of cash, according to a release issued by Naperville police.

No injuries were reported after the robbery, according to police.

The suspect is described as a black man between the ages of 20 and 30, about 6 feet tall with a stocky build. He was wearing a black hooded sweatshirt and dark pants, according to the release.
