A two-vehicle crash on the Reagan Memorial Tollway caused a seven-mile backup Wednesday morning in west suburban Naperville.

The two-vehicle crash involving a semi and a pickup truck happened about 8:35 a.m. on I-88 near Route 59, according to Illinois State Police.

Police said the pickup ended up in a ditch after the crash. One person suffered minor injuries, but was not hospitalized.

The crash temporarily caused a backup of up to seven miles, but all lanes were reopened as of 9:30 a.m. and traffic was moving, police said.
