(WJBK) -

One day after a federal judge ruled Detroit is eligible for Chapter 9 bankruptcy emergency manager Kevyn Orr joins Fox 2 live to answer some of the biggest questions that remain.

Fox 2's Murray Feldman and Sherry Margolis ask:

When will the restructuring plan be ready?
What are come cuts Detroiters should brace themselves for?
What are some positive things Detroiters should look for?
What do you say to those people who depend on their pension, who may now lose it?
Does today's (Wednesday's) reported art evaluation of $452 million to $866 million affect your restructuring plan, since estimates were predicting the city's collection to be worth billions of dollars?
What about appeals to the judge's ruling?
What will you do when your contract is up next October?
