Posted: Updated:

The panel takes a closer look at the proposed deal from Dan Gilbert to buy the site of the abandoned jail project and several other properties for $50 million. Some believe it's a bad idea, yet others say it's the best deal Wayne County will get.

On the panel:

Kevin McNamara, Wayne Co. Commissioner
Joe Harris, financial expert
Jack Lessenberry, Wayne State University professor

Plus, the panel discusses the final days leading up to the election for Detroit's next mayor. Who has the best chance for winning the race, and will it even matter considering the city is under the leadership of an emergency manager?

On the panel:
Charlene Mitchell, public relations expert
Lisa Howze, former state representative
Cliff Russell, political consultant

And finally, Fox 2's Charlie Langton takes the mayoral election on the road.
