Halloween Debate: Offensive costumes banned by some colleges

Posted: Updated:
CHICAGO (FOX 32 News) -

A handful of colleges have launched PR campaigns to encourage students to think twice about their Halloween costumes. They're urging people not to wear costumes that perpetuate cultural stereotypes or may be offensive in other ways. They also point to highly sexual costumes as a no-no.
