What are the top three most important things to think about when you're looking for a home to rent or buy? Location, location, location.
One couple in New York didn't get the memo, some may think.
65-year old Bob Moschetto and his wife Ellen live in a gated community in Queens.
And by gated, it's a cemetery! Their neighbors? More than 70,000 dead people.
The couple lives in the cemetery year round and has done so for the past 13 years. In exchange for taking care of the property, the Moschetto's live rent free and they love it.
"There are many cemeteries in Queens. This is one of the best," said Bob Moschetto.
"It's very quiet. No one here comes knocking on the door to borrow anything," Ellen Moschetto added. "We had barbecues where one of our relatives had to take pictures to bring back to work to prove she went to a barbecue in a graveyard."
Family and friends have adjusted to Bob and Ellen's address. Their grandkids even come to visit and play outside.
