HARVARD, Ill. (Sun-Times Media Wire) -

A man on the McHenry County Top Ten Most Wanted List was arrested Sunday in far northwest suburban Harvard.

Antonio Figueroa, 31, whose last known address was in the 500 block of 2nd Street in Harvard, was wanted for unlawful delivery of a controlled substance, according to the McHenry County Sheriff's office.

Figueroa had eluded officers since Oct. 17, when it was discovered that he'd fled the county, the sheriff's office said. He was then placed on the Most Wanted List.

Harvard police officers arrested Figueroa without incident about 2:45 p.m. Sunday, the sheriff's office said.

Bond was set at $150,000 and he is scheduled to appear in court Oct. 30.
