"Wig Out" event benefits American Cancer Society

BINGHAM FARMS, Mich. (WJBK) -

Renew Hair & Skin Center announces the 3rd Annual "Wig Out" to be held October 21st - October 26th.

The event encourages the public to drop off new or gently used wigs to the Renew office located at 30150 Telegraph Road, Suite 173 in Bingham Farms.

All wigs will be donated to the American Cancer Society, helping those in need and experiencing hair loss due to cancer treatment.

The week long event will kick off with Renew Hair & Skin Center hosting local Michigan vendors from 9am - 5pm on Monday, October 21st, with a percentage of proceeds from sales that day being donated to the American Cancer Society.
