Focus: HOPE is providing the opportunity for students to become a machinist or information technology support person by laying the foundation for them to go to college with some advanced college credit, if the student chooses to do so.

CEO William Jones, Jr. joined us in studio to talk about the program. Click on the videoplayer above to watch the interview.

The Focus: Hope Annual WALK is also coming up on Sunday, Oct. 13, 2013. The walk was renamed this year to honor the non-profit's co-founder Eleanor Josaitis. It's now called "Eleanor's Walk for Hope" and is presented by Plastic Omnium. The walk raises money to support all our efforts to overcome racism, poverty injustice. If you'd like to walk or donate, you can find more information here.
