Swastikas drawn on window pane of Woodstock home

WOODSTOCK, Ga. -

Neighbors and police want to know who is responsible for swastikas placed on the window of a house in Woodstock.

The vandalism occurred at a vacant home on Talula Court in the Deer Run North subdivision.

Woodstock police say this community in the Towne Lake area usually sees nothing more than minor problems caused by teenagers. Brittany Duncan of the Woodstock Police Department said the investigation will determine if the vandalism was a prank or a hate crime.

Painter Jesus Gomez says the vacant property now being prepared for sale, so there are a lot people going in and out of the home.

The vandalism had been removed Wednesday afternoon.
