10 North Bar & Grille's Hawaiian pork sandwich

Ingredients:
6oz pulled pork
3oz BBQ sauce use your favorite
3oz shaved cabbage
2oz citrus vinaigrette dressing with cilantro
2oz fresh pineapple seasoned
1 4oz Brioche bun

Method:
Heat pork preheated sauté pan until warm add BBQ sauce mix well set aside
Citrus vinaigrette 2oz olive oil, 1tbs cider vinegar , 1oz fresh orange juice,
salt and pepper add several pieces of picked cilantro
Blend all ingredients together
Toss with cabbage set aside
Cut pineapple into 3 pieces into 1x3 inch strips 1/4 inch thick
Season with chili powder
Grille for a few min aside until grille marks are seen
Toast bun on grille or hot sauté pan until golden brown
Build sandwich with pork , slaw , pineapple slices cut and serve
