DETROIT, Mich. (WJBK) -

The Judicial Tenure Commission recommended that the Michigan Supreme Court remove Wayne County Circuit Court Judge Wade McCree from office and conditionally suspend him, without pay, for a period of six years (McCree has been suspended without pay since February 8, 2013.) beginning on January 1, 2015, with the suspension becoming effective only if McCree is re-elected to judicial office in the November 2014 election.
