Posted: Updated:

Fox 2 has two "Need to Know" recalls to pass along involving infant medication and a popular dessert. Both items may contain plastic particles.

Johnson & Johnson is recalling 200,000 bottles of Motrin Infants formula because they could contain tiny plastic particles. The recall affects three lots of Motrin Infants' Drops Original Berry Flavor, used to lower fever and treat children 2 years old and younger. The company says no illnesses or injuries have been reported.

The recalled half-ounce bottles can be identified by their lot numbers: DCB3T01, DDB4R01 and DDB4S01. Retailers are being asked to take the product off store shelves. Consumers should stop using the medication and call the company for a refund: 1-877-414-7709

General Mills is also recalling refrigerated Pillsbury cinnamon rolls because the dough may contain plastic pieces. The recall includes: Pillsbury Cinnamon Rolls with Icing, include 8-count single packages with better if used by dates of October 30 and 31, 2013. Also, 2-packs with the dates October 18, 26, and 31, 2013. Other Pillsbury products, such as Flaky Cinnamon Rolls and Grands! Cinnamon Rolls, are not included in the recall.

The products are sold in grocery stores across the U.S. If you have this product, call General Mills at 1-800-775-4777 for a replacement.
