CHICAGO (FOX 32 News) -

Giordano's is not happy that a guy named Giordano has opened a pizza place.

The Giordano's Pizza chain has a restaurant on Main Street in Downers Grove, but about two miles away, Nick Giordano has opened up Giordano Fresh and Crispy Pizza.

Giordano's is suing the smaller pizza place, saying use of the name is trademark infringement. They say it's likely to cause confusion among customers. Their lawsuit cites an email saying the pizza is "horrible" at Giordano's Crispy Pizza and that the "place might ruin your good name."

The little place has taken the name Giordano's off the front of the restaurant.
