Report: Apple to introduce phone trade-in program

CHICAGO (FOX 32 News) -

Apple's doing its best to get iPhone users to upgrade.

9to5Mac says Apple is stepping up its phone trade-in program ahead of the next iPhone release. The site says users can get a $200 credit for an iPhone 4 or 4S. An iPhone 5 could be worth $250.

You have to be eligible for a smartphone upgrade.

Apple is expected to unveil its next iPhone September 10.
