Elderly man with Alzheimer`s missing since June

CHICAGO (Sun-Times Media Wire) -

Police are searching for an 80-year-old man with Alzheimer's who went missing from his home on the Northwest Side in late June.

William Klosinski was last seen about 3 p.m. on June 26 at his home in the 5500 block of North Mason Avenue, according to an missing person alert issued by police.

He has Alzheimer's Disease but is otherwise in good health, the alert said. He may or may not know his home address, but he should know his name.

Klosinski is white, 5-foot-8, about 150 pounds, with brown eyes, gray hair, and a fair complexion. When last seen he was wearing a white T-shirt, faded blue jeans, and white Nike gym shoes.

If anyone sees him they are asked to call Area North Special Victims Unit detectives, at (312) 744-8200.
