PHOTOS: 7th annual Pitchfork Music Festival lineup

The 7th Annual Pitchfork Music Festival hits Chicago's Union Park this weekend. It runs from Friday July 19th to Sunday July 21st. Gates open at 3pm on Friday and 12pm on Saturday and Sunday.

Pitchfork brings in a wide variety of artists from new emerging talent to popular chart-toppers. There are over 40 artists to hear at three different stages. This year the headliners are Björk (Friday), Belle & Sebastian (Saturday), and R. Kelly (Sunday).

Since its inception the festival has been praised for its friendly atmosphere and commitment to keeping ticket prices as low as possible. If you are interested in checking out the shows, one-day tickets are still available for Friday, Saturday, and Sunday. They cost $50.

If you already have a ticket, then be sure to follow a few simple rules so that you can fully enjoy the festival:

• No outside food or beverage except for two sealed bottles of water

• No video recorders and no cameras with detachable lenses

• There is no re-entry to the festival

• Children under the age of 10 are free when accompanied by an adult
