DETROIT (WJBK) -

David Choe is a graffiti artist from Los Angeles. On a recent trip to the area, Choe tweeted and posted on Facebook that he hid $10,000 cash in Detroit with pictures of clues as to its whereabouts, finders keepers.

This doesn't seem to be a hoax. Choe is no lightweight. Mark Zuckerberg hired him to paint Facebook's headquarters. Instead of taking the $60,000 payment, Choe elected to take Facebook stock. Now he's a billionaire.

One picture in particular has drawn lots of interest. It shows a tattered couch outdoors surrounded by trash. On the couch is painted a finger pointing to a hole in the fabric.

Fox 2's Ryan Ermanni went in search of the couch, making stops at The Heidleberg Project and the old Packard Plant. While he didn't locate it or the money, he did find a good chunk of change in the fountain at Campus Martius.
