VILLA RICA, Ga. -

A fourth suspect in a fatal jewelry store robbery in Villa Rica is under arrest, according to the U.S. Marshals

Authorities took Cranford Phelps, 21, into custody about 6 a.m. Tuesday in southeast Atlanta. They report seizing a firearm during the arrest of Phelps, who authorities say is a suspected gang member and has a criminal history.

He is wanted for armed Robbery and murder by Villa Rica Police Department in connection with the shooting death of a Villa Rica jewelry store owner Mitch Mobley last week.

Police reported arresting a third suspect last Saturday; the same day 50-year-old Mitch Mobley was laid to rest.

Villa Rica Police say Gregory Clifton, 20, of Atlanta, was tracked down late Friday night. He was taken to the Carroll County Jail to be booked on murder and armed robbery charges.

According to Fulton County Jail records, Clifton has prior arrest of battery and robbery by force.

Phelps and Cranford join two others already in jail on charges they robbed and killed Mobley -- owner of the popular Mobley Jewelry Company.

Eric Billings, 16, of College Park, and Raphael Rucker, 23, of Atlanta remain in custody on similar charges. According to records obtained by FOX 5, Rucker has an extensive arrest record in Fulton County. He repeated made obscene gestures at FOX 5 cameras while making his first appearance last Friday.

Rucker had been arrested on felony drug charges on June 5 and then released four days later after the district attorney dropped the charges.

Fulton County District Attorney Paul Howard issued a statement saying, "Neither the assistant district attorneys nor the police could identify any evidence specifically linking Raphael Rucker to the drugs found by the police. Because mere presence at the crime scene is not sufficient to sustain a criminal arrest, the case was declined by the District Attorney's office. "

All of the suspects are being held in jail without bond.

Authorities are still seeking a fifth suspect in connection with the crimes.
