Photos of Savannah squares get City Hall exhibit

Posted: Updated:

SAVANNAH, Ga. (AP) - Savannah City Hall is planning to give visitors a different view of the city's signature public squares.

An exhibit of photographs titled "Savannah Squares by Night" is opening Monday with a reception in the City Hall rotunda. The images by photographer Jamie Rose Farreh will remain on display through the end of the year.

The photos feature views of the city's manicured squares after dark, as well as the historic homes and buildings surrounding them.

Farreh is a native of the Boston area and a graduate of the New England School of Photography. The exhibit and its opening reception are free and open to the public.
