June 29: Unseasonably cool weekend ahead

CHICAGO (FOX 32 News) -

The weekend starts out cool with some spotty showers, but much drier air moves in Sunday.

High pressure will take over our weather through Tuesday with the cooler than normal temperatures continuing.

Some moisture will sneak in Wednesday & Thursday, but no major storm system is expected.

Saturday: Partly sunny and cool with scattered showers & isolated T-storms. Highs: 70-75 Lows: 55-60

Sunday: Partly sunny and a little warmer. Highs: 78-83 Lows: 58-63

Monday: Partly sunny and seasonal. Highs: 79-84 Lows: 59-64

Tuesday: Partly sunny and seasonal. Highs: 78-83 Lows: 58-63

Wednesday: Partly sunny and seasonal. Highs: 79-84 Lows: 59-64

Thursday: Mostly cloudy with a few showers at times. Highs: 80-85 Lows: 60-65

Friday: Mostly cloudy with a few showers & isolated T-storms. Highs: 78-83 Lows: 60-65
