June 16: Warm & humid Father's Day

CHICAGO (FOX 32 News) -

It's wet & humid start to the weekend with a few showers. Thunderstorm chances will increase tonight with a slight chance of severe storms with damaging wind and locally heavy rain.

Father's Day should be mainly dry, but humid with highs in the lower 80s. There is a slight chance of a t-storm south of I-80.

Another cold front will swing through Monday afternoon with another round of wet & stormy weather.

Much drier and cooler for the rest of next week with highs in the mid to upper 70s.

Sunday: Partly sunny & humid. Highs: 80-85 Lows: 60-65

Monday: Partly sunny and mild with a few t-storms late. Highs: 80-85 Lows: 55-60

Tuesday: Partly sunny and cooler. Highs: 70-75 Lows: 52-57

Wednesday: Mostly sunny and pleasant. Highs: 75-80 Lows: 55-60

Thursday: Partly sunny and pleasant. Highs: 78-83 Lows: 58-63

Friday: Partly sunny and pleasant. Highs: 80-85 Lows: 60-65

Saturday: Mostly cloudy with showers & t-storms likely. Highs: 75-80 Lows: 60-65
