SOUTHFIELD, Mich. (WJBK) -

From a play based on a steamy novel to a musical based on a scary family, there is a lot of stuff to see and do this weekend in metro Detroit.

It's the musical that takes the audience on a hilarious journey through the sexy novel "50 Shades of Grey." See "50 Shades! The Musical" through Sunday at the Fisher Theatre in Detroit.

Get ready for a night of motorcycles and music. Three Days Grace headlines Harley Fest, which also features Hinder. It happens Saturday at Freedom Hill in Sterling Heights.

They're a family that is a bit creepy and kooky, mysterious and spooky. The Addams Family is on stage. You can see the musical comedy at the Fox Theatre in Detroit through Saturday night.

You might want to bring a designated driver to this event. Sample beers from more than 30 breweries, check out craft beer seminars, live music and food at the Michigan Beerfest. It happens Saturday at DTE Energy Music Theatre in Clarkston.

His career includes five Grammy nominations. See blues guitarist Kenny Wayne Shepherd with special guest The Reefermen on Saturday night at the Macomb Music Theatre in Mount Clemens.

The voice of summer is back. See "Ernie," a play by Mitch Albom about the life of beloved Hall of Fame Detroit Tigers announcer Ernie Harwell, at The City Theatre in Detroit through August 11.
