Two men shot near Roosevelt Red Line station

Two men suffered graze wounds when they were shot Friday morning near the Roosevelt Red Line station in the South Loop.

The shooting happened about 11:10 a.m. in the 1100 block of South State Street, police News Affairs Sgt. Antoinette Ursitti said, citing preliminary information.

A 57-year-old man suffered a graze wound to the leg and a 30-year-old man suffered a graze wound to the back, police said. Both victims were taken in good condition to Northwestern Memorial Hospital.

No one is in custody as Area Central detectives investigate.
