We are looking for a Branch Manager for our Plainfield Branch who will strive to exceed our existing customer's expectations as well as create and cultivate new customer relationships. Responsibilities of the Branch Manager:
•Lead and inspire branch staff to deliver a great banking experience to every customer
•Strategic Planning and Business Development
•Identify opportunities to promote services & products to help make our customers' financial lives better
•Evaluate, coach and encourage associates in the development of individual and team success
•Manage branch staff regarding, employment, performance evaluations, scheduling, salary changes, promotions, transfers and terminations
•Responsible for branch compliance with bank policies, procedures, and operational integrity
•Take personal responsibility and ownership to learn and continually improve as a Branch Manager
•Resolve customer concerns with tact and diplomacy to insure customer satisfaction
•Promote the image of the Bank by participating in professional, civic, & community events
•Conduct cold calls on prospective small business customers
•Maintain and develop relationships with existing small business customers
•Welcome Oxford customers and connect with them at a personal level
•Demonstrate strong knowledge of Oxford's products and services
•Constantly exercise confidentiality with customer information
•Take a leading role in Oxford customer events, Bank committees, and festivities
Requirements for the Branch Manager Position:
•Advanced knowledge and understanding of financial products and services
•Excellent supervisory & sales/team management skills; ability to motivate and develop sales aptitude skills in others
•Exceptional interpersonal skills, as well as an upbeat, positive attitude
•Outstanding verbal and written communications skills
•More than two years of experience creating spreadsheets in Microsoft Excel
•Excellent math skills and consistently high attention to detail
•Self motivated/goal oriented
•Must be able to work a flexible schedule/Oxford Bank is open 72 hours per week
•Bachelor's Degree in a business related field
