April 8: Warm with rain,storms Monday

CHICAGO (FOX 32 News) -

There is a chance of rain and storms each day or night beginning early Monday, and it will continue through Thursday.

The heaviest rain and most vigorous storms will be Monday through Wednesday with more than 2" of rain possible.

Temperatures will be in the 60s Monday north of Kankakee and 70s south of that area. Tuesday temperatures begin to fall into the 50s and 40s Wednesday through Friday.

It will also be cooler along the lake most days due to an easterly component to the winds.

Monday: Cloudy with rain and scattered storms mainly in the early morning. Highs: 62-66Lows: 42-46

Tuesday: Cloudy with periods of rain and isolated thunderstorms. Highs: 52-58Lows: 40-45

Wednesday: Cloudy and cooler with periods of rain and storms. Highs: 47-52 Lows: 34-38

Thursday: Cloudy and cooler with isolated showers. Highs: 43-48 Lows: 28-34

Friday: Partly sunny wit isolated showers. Highs: 44-48 Lows: 30-35
