The weekend starts out fairly nice with a mix of sun and clouds and high temperatures near 40.
Snow will develop by early Sunday morning, especially for the areas south of I-80. Snowfall amounts are expected between 1-3" around the Chicago area with 4-7" south of I-80.
Next Monday and Tuesday will be chilly with a few flurries, especially near the lake.
Saturday: Becoming mostly cloudy and a little warmer. Highs: 37-42 Lows: 25-30
Sunday: Mostly cloudy and windy with snow likely. Highs: 32-37 Lows: 30-35
Monday: Mostly cloudy and windy with a chance of flurries. Highs: 33-38 Lows: 27-32
Tuesday: Partly sunny and windy. A few flurries. Highs: 34-39 Lows: 28-33
Wednesday: Mostly sunny and warmer. Highs: 35-40 Lows: 25-30
