Tuesday's video of the day is quickly going viral. We'll tell you the guy in the video is okay in the end but this could have had a much different ending.

Mark Roberts, 47, was ice climbing in North Wales when a chunk of falling ice caused him to lose his grip.

Fortunately Roberts only suffered a broken ankle. He posted his helmet cam video to YouTube.

The helmet is believed to have saved his life.
